2. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM
Pure Haven provides digital educational modules consisting of video content, guides, and supporting materials designed for personal development and empowerment.

3. PURCHASE MODEL (ONCE-OFF MODULE ACCESS)
• 3.1 Product Offering: However, from time to time, certain modules may be priced higher than R399.00, subject to the sole discretion and decision of Pure Haven Pty Ltd’s shareholders.
• 3.2 No Subscription: Pure Haven does not operate on a subscription basis. No recurring billing applies.
• 3.3 Payment Gateway: All payments are processed securely via Paystack.
• 3.4 Access: Upon successful payment, users are granted access to the specific module purchased via their account dashboard.
4. CONTENT DELIVERY & PLATFORM USE
• 4.1 Video Content: All modules are delivered via embedded Vimeo video players.
• 4.2 Course Structure: Modules are structured and delivered via Tutor LMS on WordPress (Kadence theme).
• 4.3 Technical Requirements: Users are responsible for maintaining internet access and compatible devices.
5. REFUND POLICY (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)
• 5.1 No Refunds: All purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds or exchanges are permitted once access has been granted.
• 5.2 ECT Act Compliance: In terms of Section 42(2)(f) of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, the 7-day cooling-off period does not apply once digital content has been accessed.
6. USER ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
• 6.1 Single User License: Each account is intended for individual use only.
• 6.2 Account Security: Users are responsible for safeguarding login details.
• 6.3 Prohibited Conduct: Sharing accounts, downloading, or redistributing content is strictly prohibited.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
